Sanghi Industries Limited

Up here in Ropar, we are based at the Ambuja Colony. It is a bit of a different world compared to our Gujarat offices. Being in Punjab, the weather changes quite a bit, and the winters can get really cold in the mornings. Our spot is at E-1. It is a sturdy building, built to last. Sanghi Industries Limited has us here to keep an eye on things in this specific region. Most of the people living around here are also working nearby, so there is a real sense of shared routine in the colony. We start the day early, usually when it is still a bit misty outside. The office is simple—just the basics like chairs, tables, and our computers. We do not spend much on decor or fancy things. We would rather just get the work done and go home. We talk a lot about the local news and what is happening in the colony over our morning tea. The pace is steady, not rushed, but we stay busy with the daily chores. Sometimes we have to head out to different sites, but E-1 is where we always come back to. It is a practical home base for our team. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the operations run smoothly and handle the daily grind without complaining too much. It is a good group of people.
