You can find us over in Adipur, which is basically right next to Gandhidham in the Kutch region of Gujarat. The office is at Vinay Parashar’s house, number TRS-67 in Ward 4A. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s much calmer than the industrial zones where the actual steel work happens. Adipur was originally built for refugees, so it has a specific layout that we’ve all grown used to. We do a lot of the administrative side of things from here. It’s a simple house, not a glass tower or anything like that. You’ll see us sitting at regular tables with laptops, probably with a fan going because of the Gujarat heat. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is just a quick walk or a scooter ride. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. The street outside is usually quiet, maybe a few kids playing or a neighbor walking by. It’s a good spot to get the thinking work done away from the noise of the plant. We have our records here and we keep track of the day-to-day stuff that keeps the larger operation running. It’s honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We just get the job done and move on to the next thing.
