We are located at Plot No. 39 in the Mangal Aarti Society. This is Ward 4B in Adipur. It’s a quiet residential society, which makes for a peaceful place to work. Being in the Kutch district, we have that salt-air feel sometimes. Psl Ltd has been using this spot for its Gujarat operations for a while now. The office is basically a converted house. It has a small garden out front that we try to keep watered, though the sun is harsh. Inside, the rooms are filled with filing cabinets and old computers. We use the dining area as our main workspace. It’s a bit informal. We don't have a formal dress code; most of us just wear what’s sensible for the heat. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about the news. The neighborhood is friendly. We know the people at the gate. It’s not a corporate park with glass walls. It’s just a house where we do our business. Adipur is a nice town, and being in the Anjar taluka keeps us busy enough. We handle a lot of paperwork and local coordination from here. The internet works most of the time, and when it doesn’t, we just take a break. It’s a relaxed but productive atmosphere. We just focus on the daily tasks and make sure the records are kept straight.
