We’re based out of Vivekananda Colony in Amarnagar. It’s a bit of a hidden spot, and we like it that way because it’s peaceful. Our office is where we handle various project management tasks. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us sitting at our desks and making sure everything is running smoothly. We don't have any big corporate signs or a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working away on our laptops or talking on our phones. We’ve been in this location for a while now and have gotten to know the people in the colony. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, and we don't really follow a strict hierarchy. Everyone just chips in where they’re needed. We spend a lot of time checking schedules and following up on different tasks. It can be a bit repetitive sometimes, but it’s important work that keeps things moving. We don't have a lot of meetings; we usually just talk across the room if something needs to be discussed. Our goal is just to finish the day's work and head home to our families. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We’re just a group of people doing a job and trying to do it well. It’s a simple, practical life here in Amarnagar, and that suits us just fine. We keep the kettle going all day and mostly focus on the paperwork.
