Pethologist - Dr. Sharad Gor

Dr. Sharad Gor is a pathologist here in Kutch. This isn't a big medical center with a hundred people working. It’s a more personal setup where the focus is on the laboratory work. We spend a lot of our time looking at samples and checking slides under the microscope. Kutch is a big area, but news travels fast, and people know where to go when they need their blood work done properly. The lab has all the necessary machines, and they hum along all day while we work. It’s mostly quiet in here because you have to concentrate on the details. We get people coming in from the morning onwards, some looking a bit worried about their results. We just take the samples and tell them when to come back. There’s no polished corporate talk here. We are just local people doing a job that needs to be done. The office has some chairs for waiting and a desk where we handle the entries. It gets dusty outside sometimes, so we are always cleaning the counters and the equipment. We don't do anything flashy. It’s just about getting the numbers right and making sure the reports are clear for the other doctors to read. Dr. Gor has been doing this for quite a while now, so he has seen just about everything. It’s a steady pace of work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
