Our place is in Sindhaj, which is in the Kodinar area of Junagadh. It’s a bit of a specific location, and if you aren't from around here, you might need a map or a local to help you find us. Kachchh Steels Pvt.Ltd (Sanghi Group) is what we are called, but here at the site, it feels like a very local operation. We are surrounded by the fields and the typical landscape of this part of Gujarat. It’s not like a big city office at all. There’s a lot of open space and the air feels different than in the towns. We have our facilities set up to handle the daily workload. Most of us here have been with the company for a while. We know the routines and we know the local roads. Traffic isn't usually an issue, unless there’s some farm equipment or a herd of animals on the move. The office itself is basic. We have what we need to stay organized and that’s about it. We don't really have visitors coming in for tours, so we don't worry about how it looks to outsiders. It’s a working site. We focus on getting the tasks done and keeping things running smoothly. The heat can be tough in the afternoons, but we manage. It’s just honest work in a quiet part of the district. We’re just a bunch of people doing our jobs every day in Sindhaj.
