Do Riverie Travelogue

We run Do Riverie Travelogue out of Shri Hari Bunglow in the Akshardham Society. It is in Madhapar, right across from Navdurga Garage. It doesn't look like a typical office because it is part of a house, but that is how we like it. It feels more comfortable and less like a cold business. People usually call us first before dropping by because we might be out running errands or helping a client somewhere. The society is a nice, quiet place to work. You don't get all the city noise here, just the occasional sound from the garage across the road. We started this because we liked traveling ourselves and thought we could help others do it too. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us doing everything from answering emails to fixing mistakes in bookings. Sometimes things go wrong with a trip and we have to spend hours on the phone to fix it. That is part of the job. We don't make big promises that we can't keep. We just tell people what is possible and what isn't. Most of our clients come to us because they want someone they can actually talk to, not a website that doesn't answer back. We keep our files organized on a shelf and use an old laptop that still works fine. It is a very normal, local way of doing things. No big secrets or fancy tricks here, just steady work.
