Ashirwad Critical Care

Ashirwad Critical Care is located out here in Kutch. It is a big region, but we are settled in a spot where people can reach us when things get serious. The work we do is quite heavy because it’s critical care, so the atmosphere inside is usually very focused. It’s not like a regular shop where people browse. We have machines and monitors that stay on all the time, making a soft humming sound in the background. In Kutch, the weather can be harsh, so we make sure the indoor environment is steady and calm for everyone. We don't have a big marketing department writing things for us. It’s just us, the staff, who stay here through the nights and days. The building is functional and clean, designed for the job and nothing else. We see families who are often worried, so we try to keep things straightforward and honest with them. There isn't any room for flowery language in this line of work. We just tell people what is happening and what we are doing. The shifts are long, and we drink a lot of tea to stay alert. Outside, the Kutch landscape is wide and open, which is a big contrast to the busy rooms inside our facility. We just keep going, day after day, making sure the equipment is working and the patients are being watched properly. It’s a lot of responsibility but it is what we do.
