Natural Prints

We are located out on the Ajrakhpur Bhachau Road. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town center, but we like it here because there’s plenty of space for the work we do. Most days it’s quite hot and dry, which actually helps with the drying process for the fabrics we handle. You’ll find us easily if you just keep going down the road past the main village area. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, just doing our thing day in and day out. It’s not a fancy setup or anything, just a workspace where things get done by hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the dust gets everywhere, but that’s just part of living and working in this part of the country. We have a few people from the local area who come in every morning to help with the printing and washing. It gets busy around here, especially when we have a big batch to finish before the sun goes down. Most people know us by the stacks of cloth sitting out or the smell of the dyes. We don’t really spend much time talking about what we do; we just focus on the fabric and making sure the colors look right. If you’re ever passing by on your way to Bhachau, you might see us out there. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us occupied and we’re used to the rhythm of the road now.
