Alfa Automation (P) Ltd. is located right at Plot No. 2130/4843, and if you haven't been here before, it can be a little tricky to find the first time. We spend most of our time staring at wires and small components on our workbenches. It is a lot of troubleshooting, honestly. A customer calls because a machine stopped working, and then we have to figure out why the logic is failing. The office is usually cluttered with spare parts and half-finished projects because there is always something being built or repaired. We drink a lot of coffee while looking at circuit boards. Sometimes we stay late because a specific part didn't arrive on time and we have to catch up. It isn't a glamorous job, but we like the feeling of finally getting a motor to turn the way it should. The floors are concrete and they get pretty cold in the winter months. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things from being too quiet. Most of us have been working together for years now, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs doing. We handle a lot of technical manuals that are thick and boring, but they are necessary. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. There isn't much more to it than that, really. Just a bunch of us and our tools.
