Sweta Snacks

Sweta Snacks is located right at Plot No. 280 in Jayadev Vihar. We are quite close to the Mayfair Hotel, so there is always some kind of movement or traffic nearby. We spend the majority of our time getting food ready for the people who stop by throughout the day. The space we have isn't particularly large, but it works for what we need to do. It gets really busy in the evenings when people are heading home and want something to eat. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. People usually come in when they're hungry for a quick bite after their shift ends. We just try to keep the shelves stocked up and the kitchen moving as best as we can. It’s a lot of work making sure everything stays fresh and ready to go. The kitchen area can get very hot, especially during the middle of the summer months. We don't have a big team working here, just a few of us who show up every day. We open the doors early and stay until the lights start going down in the surrounding area. It’s a regular spot for local people. There is nothing fancy about our setup. We have regular customers who live nearby and stop in every single day.
