Staffing Gamut

We’ve been operating Staffing Gamut out of Bhubaneswar for a while now. It’s mostly just us answering phones and looking through resumes to help folks find work around here. The office is right here in Orissa, and some days it gets pretty busy with people coming in and out. Hiring isn't always easy, and we see a lot of different people every week. Some are looking for their first job, others want a change. We try to keep things simple. We don't have fancy leather chairs or anything like that, just some desks and a lot of paperwork. It’s a lot of talking to business owners and seeing what they need for their shops or offices. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to wait it out. It’s part of life here. We aren't a huge corporation from some big city, just locals trying to make the connections work. Most of the time, we’re just drinking tea and making sure the files are in order. It’s honest work. If someone needs a hand finding a staff member, we do what we can. We know the streets around Bhubaneswar well and that helps when we need to find people who live nearby. It’s nothing too complicated, just a small operation running day to day. We stay late some evenings when there's a lot to catch up on, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running your own thing.
