Sai Handicrafts is located at 77/687/825 in the Jagannath Colony area, right along Tankapani Road. This place is usually filled with the smell of wood and whatever materials we're working with that week. It's a bit of a messy shop, but that’s just how it goes when you’re making things by hand. We aren't some big factory with machines doing everything. It’s mostly just us using our hands and a few old tools to put things together. Some days the dust gets everywhere, but you get used to it. The colony is a nice place to work, and Tankapani Road is always busy with people going back and forth. We’ve got stuff piled up in the corners, projects that are halfway done or just waiting for a bit more paint. We don’t really have a showroom, so people just stop by the workshop if they want to see what we're up to. It’s hard work and your hands usually end up pretty sore by the end of the day. But we like the feeling of finishing something and seeing it look okay. We don't use any fancy marketing stuff. If someone likes what we make, they tell their neighbors, and that’s how we keep going. It’s a simple life here in Jagannath Colony. We just take it one piece at a time and try not to rush. Sometimes things take longer than we thought, but that's just the nature of making things yourself.
