Ravariya Farm

Ravariya Farm is based in Bhubaneswar. We have our land here where we spend our days working with the soil and the plants. It’s not a fancy commercial farm with high-tech gadgets everywhere. It’s more of a traditional setup where we do a lot of the work with our own hands. The weather in Bhubaneswar can be tough, with the heat and the rain, but that is just part of farming. We are out there early in the morning when it’s still a bit cool. Our days are mostly about checking the crops and making sure the water is getting where it needs to go. We don't have a big marketing plan or a corporate office in the city. Our office is the field and the small shed where we keep the tools. Sometimes the harvest is good, and sometimes it’s a struggle, depending on the season and the rain. We’ve been on this land for a while now, and we know the dirt pretty well. People around here know us as the local farm. We just focus on growing what we can and taking care of the animals we have. It’s a simple life, and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. There isn't much to it other than hard work and following the rhythm of the seasons year after year. We just do our best with what the land gives us.
