Ranju Shree Mandal

I work out of my place at B-230 in the Bda Duplex area of Baramunda Colony. It’s a residential part of Bhubaneshwar, and I’ve been here for quite some time now. Working from a duplex is nice because it gives me enough room to have a separate area for my professional life without it feeling like a cold office building. Baramunda Colony is a busy spot, but my street is usually okay. I don’t have a big staff or anything like that. It’s mostly just me handling things as they come in. The setup I have is pretty basic. I’ve got a desk, my computer, and piles of folders that I try to keep organized. It’s a very personal way of doing business. When people come by, they are basically coming to my home office. I don’t go in for anything fancy or polished. I just focus on the work that needs to be done. Most of my days are spent right here, answering emails or working on files. It’s a simple arrangement that has worked well for me over the years. I like the convenience of being in Baramunda because I’m close to a lot of things. I don't feel the need for a corporate address when I can get everything done from here. It’s just an honest, small-scale operation. I do my best to stay on top of everything and keep things moving forward one day at a time.
