We’re located over at S-3/30 in the Mancheswar Industrial Estate, right on the main road. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly warehouses and workshops around here. Our place is no different. We spend most of the day with the sound of machinery in the background. It’s not the quietest spot to work, but that’s just how an industrial estate is. We deal with various metal works and mechanical parts. The floor usually has some dust and metal shavings on it by the afternoon, no matter how much we sweep. It’s just the nature of the job. There’s a small office in the front where we keep the paperwork, but most of the action happens in the back. We have a small crew and we’ve all been working together for a good bit of time now. Sometimes the heat in the summer gets a bit much under the tin roof, but we keep the fans going and get through the orders. We see a lot of trucks coming and going on the main road outside. It’s a busy part of town. We don’t have any polished showrooms or anything like that. People usually come to us because they need something fixed or fabricated and they know we’re right here in Mancheswar. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in. It’s a straightforward setup and it works for us. We just try to get the orders finished on time.
