Orissa Overseas

Our place is at N3, Plot 2 in Irc Village, Nayapalli. It’s a quiet enough corner compared to some other parts of the city. Orissa Overseas is what we call ourselves, and we’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. Most of the people around here know the building. It’s not a shiny glass tower or anything like that. Just a solid workplace where we handle our business every day. We spend a lot of time on the floor or at our desks making sure things are moving. The team is small. We know each other well, which makes the work go smoother most of the time. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we just get back to it. We deal with various items and logistics stuff mainly. You won’t find any big slogans on our walls. We just focus on the boxes and the lists. IRC Village is a good spot for us because it’s accessible. We see the same faces every day. It feels like a neighborhood business even if we deal with things further away. We drink a lot of chai during our breaks. That’s when most of the real talking happens. Orissa Overseas isn’t about being flashy. We just want to get the work finished by evening so we can go home. It’s a steady routine that we’ve built up over the years here in Nayapalli.
