Oriental Handicrafts

Oriental Handicrafts is situated at 101, Bapujinagar. It’s a straightforward little shop where we spend most of our time. We aren’t a big corporation with departments and managers. It’s just a few of us who know a bit about handicrafts and how to run a shop. Our address in Bapujinagar is home to a lot of different items that we’ve collected. Some days are slow, and we spend them organizing the back room or fixing things up. Other days, we’re busy helping people find exactly what they’re looking for. We don’t have a script for how we talk to customers. We just say hello and help out if we can. The building at 101 isn't anything fancy, but it serves us well. We’ve been here long enough that the walls feel familiar. We don't really do the whole branding thing. We just have our name on the door and our products on the shelves. It’s a very manual process, from unpacking crates to writing out receipts by hand. We like the tangible nature of what we do. It feels real.
