Orient Crafts Museum

You can find Orient Crafts Museum on Mahatab Road, right in the heart of the Old Town. It’s an older building, which fits the kind of stuff we have inside. We have a lot of different crafts and local items sitting on the shelves. It’s not like those big modern museums with glass cases and bright lights. It’s a bit more cluttered and real than that. People walk in from the street and usually spend some time just looking around at all the different pieces. We’ve been on Mahatab Road for a long time now. The street outside is always full of life, with people walking by and the usual sounds of the Old Town. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, but there is always something to clean or move around. We like having things that show what people can make with their hands. It’s simple work, looking after the place and talking to whoever comes through the door. Sometimes we get travelers, and sometimes it’s just neighbors stopping by to say hello. We don't have any big marketing plans or anything like that. We just open the doors in the morning and take care of the items we have. It’s a dusty job sometimes, keeping everything tidy, but we enjoy being part of this neighborhood. It’s a steady way to spend the day, surrounded by crafts and the history of the area. We just keep the doors open.
