You can find us at Usha Tower, which is near the KIIT Campus in Bhubaneswar. It’s a pretty well-known area in Odisha because of the university nearby. Our office is on Plot No 306/1815/3423, which sounds complicated but it’s just how the land records go around here. We work on various construction and infrastructure projects, so there is always a lot of paperwork and planning happening in the office. People are usually coming in and out with blueprints or talking about site schedules. It’s not always the quietest place, but that’s just how the project business is. We have a lot of engineers and coordinators who spend half their time here and the other half out in the field. The building itself is decent, nothing over the top, just a place to get the administrative side of things handled. We’ve been involved in a lot of different jobs over the years, mostly stuff that helps get things built across the state. Sometimes things get delayed because of the monsoon rains, which is just part of the reality of working in this part of India. We don’t really go for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people knowing who we are and what we’ve finished in the past. It’s a lot of long hours and phone calls to make sure materials show up on time. We just try to keep the projects moving forward without too much fuss.
