You can find the National Aluminium Company Ltd. right at Nalco Bhawan. It is located at P-1 in Nayapalli, which is a well-known part of Bhubaneswar. Most people around here just call us Nalco. This building has been a part of the local landscape for a very long time. It is a busy place with people coming and going throughout the day. Odisha is a state with a lot of mineral wealth, and we are right in the middle of that industry. We do not use a lot of big words to describe what we do. Our work is all about aluminium, from the start of the process to the finished metal. There is a lot of paperwork and planning that goes on inside these walls. Most of the staff here grew up in the state and have been with us for years. We have seen Bhubaneswar grow so much around our office. It used to be a lot quieter, but now Nayapalli is a major hub. We just keep our heads down and focus on meeting our production targets. We do not go for flashy advertisements or promotional events. The work we do speaks for itself. Being near the center of the city means there is always something happening nearby. We are proud to be from Odisha and to work out of this particular office. It is not just a corporate building to us; it is where we have built our careers over the decades.
