We're up on the first floor of Samabaya Bhawan in Sahid Nagar. It’s right there on Janapath in Unit 9. Some days it gets pretty noisy with the traffic outside but we’re used to it. The office is just a regular workspace where we handle all the construction paperwork and planning. You walk up the stairs and we're right there. People usually find us easily because Sahid Nagar is a busy spot. There's always something going on downstairs. We've got our desks set up and it's mostly just us working through the day. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a short break. The building isn't brand new but it works for what we need to do. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or talking on the phone with guys at the sites. Janapath is a good location because it's central for us. Not much else to say really. We just come in, do the work, and go home. The windows let in some light but we mostly keep the curtains drawn when the sun hits hard in the afternoon. It’s a straightforward setup. We've been in this part of town for a bit now. If you're looking for Samabaya Bhawan, just look for the signs around Unit 9. It’s not a fancy place, just where Motwani Constructions stays. We have a few cabinets for all the files and a table that's seen better days. It's home for us during the day.
