You can find us at Lb, 200 in the Laxmi Sagar Brit Colony. This is in Bhubaneswar, 751006. It’s a residential-ish area but we’ve got our setup here. L&T has been in this colony for quite a while. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you don’t know the turns, but once you’re here, it’s pretty straightforward. We have a modest office. It’s not one of those tall buildings with elevators. We just have our rooms filled with desks and papers. The vibe is very local. We know the people living around here and they know us. Sometimes we chat with the neighbors while we're heading out for lunch. We don't have a corporate handbook for how to talk to people. We just speak like normal human beings. The work is steady. We don't try to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just focus on what’s on the table today. The fans hum all day long to keep the air moving. We use a lot of pens and paper still. Digital stuff is fine, but we like having things written down too. It’s just how we were taught. If you come by, don't expect a lounge. We have some wooden chairs and a bottle of water. It’s a real place where real work happens every single day in Bhubaneswar. We take pride in just showing up and doing the job right.
