Started at Krishna Nivas in Jayadev Vihar, we basically spend all our days on the phones or looking through resumes. The office is on the first floor, and honestly, the stairs can be a bit of a workout if you are coming and going all day. Being located in Lane-3, it gets pretty busy around lunchtime with all the local traffic. We handle recruitment stuff, which mostly means we try to find people for jobs and help companies sort through their hiring mess. It is a lot of talking and sending emails back and forth. Some days are just back-to-back interviews where we barely have time to grab a tea from the corner. The office isn't anything fancy, just a bunch of desks and computers where we keep track of who is looking for work. We deal with all sorts of industries, mostly helping folks find a steady paycheck that fits what they know how to do. It’s honest, practical work. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait for things to load, but we manage. People often walk in looking for advice on how to fix their resumes, and we try to help out when we have a spare minute. The neighborhood is mostly okay, and most of the locals know where we are by now. We just focus on getting people into jobs and keeping the paperwork moving without making too much of a fuss about it.
