Our workspace is based at the IIT Bhubaneswar Research & Entrepreneurship Park in Samantappuri. Being inside a research park gives us a bit of a different vibe than a regular industrial area. We have a lot of students and researchers walking around, which is nice. Jar Lights Pvt.Ltd. is a small team focused on making practical lighting solutions. We have a small lab and assembly area where we spend most of our time. It is not a huge factory; it's more of a place where we can try out new designs and see what works. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Usually, we are just busy at our benches testing out different circuits. The office is often a bit cluttered with prototypes and half-finished projects. We are still learning as we go, and not every idea we have turns into a product. That is just the way it is when you are starting out. Bhubaneswar is a nice place to be, and the community at the research park is very helpful. We don't have any grand corporate plans. We just want to keep making better lights and see where the business takes us. It is a quiet, steady kind of work and we enjoy the daily process of solving technical problems without too much outside pressure.
