Jalaram Sagol Factory

Jalaram Sagol Factory is based at Plot No-11/55 on Panditya Road. We are situated near the Ctc Bus Stand, which means there is always a lot of noise and movement right outside our doors. We’ve been making sagol products here for a long time. It’s a traditional kind of work and our factory reflects that. It’s an older building with a lot of character, and we haven't changed much about how we do things over the years. We have a small group of workers, some of whom have been with us since the beginning. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to make good sagol and keep the business running smoothly. The traffic on Panditya Road can be pretty bad, and sometimes it's hard for deliveries to get in and out, but we always manage to make it work somehow. We don’t spend money on advertising or trying to look bigger than we are. Most of our customers are local people or businesses who have known us for years. It’s a simple, honest operation. We spend our days at the factory, keeping an eye on the production and making sure the quality is what it should be. It’s a bit of a loud and dusty place, but it feels like home to us. We are just a local Kolkata business trying to do our part and provide for our families.
