J Patra & Associates is located at H I G 150 in Phase 7 of Sailashree Vihar. We are pretty close to the Jagnath Temple, so that’s a good landmark if you’re trying to find us in Bhubaneshwar. The 751021 area is a nice part of the city. We’ve been in this office for a while now, and we’ve grown to like the neighborhood quite a bit. It’s not a high-pressure corporate office. We keep things fairly casual around here. There’s usually some tea going and plenty of paperwork to get through. We don’t believe in using big marketing terms to explain who we are. We are just a group of people working together at H I G 150. If you walk past the Jagnath Temple, we aren't far away at all. Most of the people we work with are from around here or nearby parts of Bhubaneshwar. We like being accessible. You won’t find any polished scripts or slick presentations when you talk to us. We just say things as they are. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered, but that’s just a sign that we’re busy. We’ve stayed in Sailashree Vihar because it’s a comfortable place to work. It’s quiet enough to focus but close enough to the main parts of town. We’re just here doing our thing, day by day, without making a big deal out of it. It’s a decent way to work.
