Our office is at A/66 in the Nayapalli area, right near the N.H.5 highway. Being so close to the main road means there is always the sound of traffic and trucks in the background. We have been working in the property business from this specific location for several years. It is a simple office, nothing too flashy, just a place where we sit down and talk about land and buildings. People come in looking for a place to stay or perhaps a bit of land to invest in. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out driving to different sites around the city. Nayapalli is a busy neighborhood, and it has changed a lot since we first started here. There are many more shops and houses now than there used to be years ago. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, and the desk is covered in maps and folders. We do not use fancy sales pitches; we just tell people what is available and what the actual situation is. It is a straightforward way of doing business. On rainy days, the road outside can get a bit muddy, which makes things slow down for everyone. We have a small team here, and we all know each other well.
