We’ve been working out of the third floor here at Amrita Shopping Complex for a while now. It’s right by CRPF Square, so most people know where that is. We spend most of our time dealing with construction sites and paperwork, trying to get houses finished on time. It’s not always easy, things happen with weather or materials getting stuck, but we keep at it. Most of the guys here have been in building for years. We aren't a huge fancy office, just a small team trying to make sure the foundations are solid and the roofs don't leak. If you walk into our office, you’ll probably see blueprints spread out over the desks and someone drinking tea while looking at a site plan. We do the building part, and we also handle the promoter side of things, which basically means we manage the whole project from the ground up. Sometimes it's noisy in the building because of the shops downstairs, but we’re usually too busy to notice. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to build houses that stay standing and make sense for the people living in them. It's honest work. Some days are long, especially when we’re finishing up a project at a new site. We know the local area well since we’ve lived and worked around CRPF Square for ages. We just show up every morning, check the progress, and try to get things done right.
