Dream Consultancy Manpower

We’re based out in Khorda. Dream Consultancy Manpower is basically just a few of us working out of a small office here. Khorda isn't the biggest place, but there are always people looking for work and companies looking for help. We spend our days going through applications and talking to folks who come in hoping for a better opportunity. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork. Our office isn't one of those high-rise buildings you see in the big cities. It’s just a plain room with some chairs and a desk that wobbles a little if you lean on it too hard. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. We try to be honest with everyone who walks through the door about what’s available. Sometimes there isn't much, and that’s the hard part of the job. Other days, we manage to get a few people started somewhere new, which feels good. The weather in Khorda gets pretty hot, so we usually have the fan going full blast. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s what we do. We’ve lived here a long time, so we know the local area well.
