Birla Tyre

We are located out in Chanpur. If you drive down the main stretch, you will see the stacks of tires outside our place. It smells like rubber all the time here, which I guess you get used to after a week or two. We handle a lot of different sizes, from the small ones for cars to the much bigger ones for trucks that pass through this area. The shop isn't much to look at, just a big open space with racks and some tools scattered around on the benches. We spend a lot of time rolling things from the back storage to the front. Sometimes it rains and we have to scramble to move the outdoor displays inside so they don't get all muddy from the road. Chanpur is a quiet spot mostly, but we stay busy with the local drivers who know we are here. We have a small bench where people sit while we check their old tires for wear. The floor has some oil stains on it that won't ever come out no matter how much we scrub. We don't mind it though. It is a place for work, not for sitting around looking pretty. Usually, it’s just a couple of us working the floor. We keep a logbook of what comes in and what goes out on a dusty clipboard near the door. It’s a simple way of doing things but it has worked for a long time now and we just keep doing the same thing every day.
