Apoorva Designware Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 391/2172 in Patia, Khordha. We are right near Subham Enclave, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. Our workspace is a mix of computers and actual physical samples. We do a lot of design work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at patterns and layouts on our monitors. It is a bit of a trek to get out here depending on where you are coming from, but it is a quiet enough area to get some real work done. We are not a big company with a fancy lobby or a bunch of executives in suits. We are mostly just a small crew wearing jeans and trying to get the dimensions right on a project. Sometimes we argue about which color looks better or where a certain line should go, but it is all part of the process. The office gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, so we are always wiping down our desks. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar with a lot of deadlines circled in red ink. We try to be honest about how long things will take and what we can actually do. It is just a normal design shop where we work hard and hope for the best with every project we take on.
