Our office is tucked away in Vr-24, Unit-6 here in Bhubaneswar. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a glossy magazine, just a regular building where we do our engineering work. Most of us have been sitting at these same desks for years now. The walls are a bit plain and there are stacks of papers everywhere, but it’s where we get things done. Outside, the street is always moving with people and bikes. We spend a lot of our time on calls or staring at technical drawings on our screens. It gets quite humid in the summer, so we’re always thankful for the fans. We don't have any big corporate slogans or fancy coffee machines. We just make our own tea in the back and get on with the day. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out for a minute, but we just take a break and chat until it’s back. It’s a small team and we know each other’s families and stories. We don't really do formal meetings; usually, we just talk across the desks. It’s a simple way to work, and it suits us fine. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on the projects we have and try to do a solid job for whoever we are working with at the moment. It’s just a regular local business life.
