We are located in a flat over at M.I. Colony, specifically Unit IX in Bhubaneswar. Our address is Qr. No- F/37, and it’s a fairly easy place to find once you get into the colony. Being in a residential flat means the vibe is quite different from a typical office tower. It’s a bit more personal, and you can hear the neighbors going about their day. We have converted the main rooms into workstations, and the kitchen is where we keep the water cooler and the tea supplies. The floors are tiled and easy to sweep, which is good because people are always coming in with dust on their shoes. We don’t have a big receptionist desk; usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello when someone walks in. There’s a lot of talk about the local weather and the traffic on the way in. We use some old wooden desks that have been with us for a long time, and they’ve got a few scratches here and there. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend eight or nine hours a day. The Khurda district can get quite hot, so we rely on the fans a lot. We mostly focus on our computer screens and the people who come to see us. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just a steady stream of work that needs to be finished before we lock up.
