Arvind Pharmaceutical

We are located at G29 in the Jan 1Ts Tower, which is right by the railway station in Ashoknagar. Being so close to the tracks means we hear the trains whistling all day long. Arvind Pharmaceutical has been operating out of this unit for several years. The tower itself is a busy place with lots of different offices, so there is always someone in the elevator or walking through the lobby. Our space is filled with stacks of paperwork and boxes of pharmaceuticals waiting to be distributed. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can look a bit messy. That is just the reality of a working warehouse and office. Ashoknagar is a good place to be based because everything is accessible. We often grab a quick snack from the vendors near the station during our break. The staff here are a small group, and we have become like a little family over time. We do not use any fancy management techniques; we just talk to each other and figure out what needs to be done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just sit and wait it out, chatting about the local news. It is a very normal, everyday kind of place. We do not make big promises, we just try to get the orders filled without any mistakes and keep the business running.
