A K Tripathy & Co is located on the third floor of Janpath Tower. We are in Room Number 7. It is in Ashok Nagar, right near the UCO Bank Zonal Office. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of exercise every day, though there is an elevator if it is working properly. The tower is a busy place, but our office stays relatively quiet once the door is shut. We have been in this spot in Bhubaneshwar for years now. Most of our work involves the usual accounting, tax filings, and helping small businesses keep their books straight. It is not glamorous work, but someone has to do it. A K Tripathy started this, and we have just kept it going. We don't have a big fancy staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and trying to make sense of new tax laws. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have a lot of files piled up, but we manage. We are not trying to be the biggest firm in the 751009 area, just a reliable one. People stop by because they know where we are and they trust us to handle their numbers.
