You can find our Ultra Tech Cement Ltd location in Bhubaneswar, right behind Maharsee College in Sahid Nagar. It’s Plot No 21 P. This part of the city is always full of students and activity because of the college being so close. We are tucked away behind the main educational buildings. The yard is usually filled with stacks of bags under heavy tarps to keep them dry. We have a small office on the plot where we handle the day-to-day business. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy to look at. We see a lot of foot traffic from people taking shortcuts through the lanes. The work starts early and we usually close up once it gets dark. Most of the time, we are just busy checking the inventory and making sure the orders are ready for pickup. Sahid Nagar is a central place, so it’s easy for the trucks to get to us, even if the traffic gets a bit heavy in the evenings. We’ve got a couple of old chairs outside for when we’re waiting for the next load. The staff here is pretty relaxed; we just focus on getting the work done without much fuss. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that here. It’s just us, the cement, and the paperwork. Most people find us through word of mouth in the neighborhood. It's a good spot to work from.
