Our place is located in Bentapur, which is out near Brahmanasarangi in the Khurda district. It is technically under the Balianta police station, but most people just say we are near Bhubaneswar. Shakti Pack Pvt. Ltd is where we spend our days making sure things are packed up right. The area around here is still quite green, which is a nice change from the city center. We have a decent-sized shed where the machinery is kept. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it is important. Every product needs a good box or wrapper, and that is where we come in. We have workers from the local villages who have been with us since we started. There is not a lot of mystery to what we do. We take the raw materials and turn them into packaging. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a bit of a headache, but we have a generator to keep things moving. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements. Most of our clients are businesses nearby who just need reliable packaging and know where to find us. It is a quiet, hardworking environment. We do not have big meetings about strategy. We just look at the orders for the day and get the machines running. It is a simple way to make a living, and it works for us here in the state of Orissa.
