This particular branch of our work is handled from the I.R.C. Village in Bhubaneswar. The address is N/5 349, and it’s actually within a residential setting. We share the space with Rabindra Nath Mohanty and Bharati Mohanty’s office. It’s a bit different from a big city office block. Being in a neighborhood like this makes the work environment feel much more relaxed and local. We focus on the rail development projects specifically for this region. A lot of what we do involves local coordination and keeping track of how the site work is progressing around Odisha. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us handling the paperwork and communications. You might see us going in and out during the day, usually carrying files or on the phone with engineers at the project sites. The I.R.C. Village is a nice area, and it’s convenient for getting around the city. We’ve been operating from here for a while, and it works well for the scale of projects we manage. It’s a simple setup. We don't have fancy brochures or anything. We just make sure the information gets to the right people and the rail projects stay on track. It is practical, everyday work that doesn’t need a lot of fuss. Most days we are just buried in logistics and trying to figure out the best way to move the rail development forward without any delays.
