NOVCON

NOVCON is located in suite 724 of DLF Cybercity, which is inside the IDCO Info Park in Patia. This part of Bhubaneshwar is the Chandaka Industrial Estate, so there are a lot of offices and IT companies around us. Even though it is a big tech park, our office feels a bit more grounded. We aren't doing software; we are focused on the practical side of projects. The building is modern and has all the standard features, but inside our four walls, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of technical manuals. The view from the 7th floor is pretty good, you can see quite a bit of Patia from up here. We spend our hours coordinating things and making sure the data matches the reality on the ground. It can be a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls, but that is just the nature of what we do. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. Usually, it’s just us handling the work that comes in through our established connections in the industrial estate. It gets busy during the middle of the week, and the lifts in the morning can be a real wait. We try to keep things simple and avoid all the corporate buzzwords that you usually hear in a place like Cybercity. We just want to get our reports and plans finished so we can head home on time. It’s a steady job in a fast-growing part of the city.
