You can find us on the 3rd floor of the Metro City Apartments, specifically in Block I, unit 17-A. We are located in the Nayapally area of Bhubaneswar, which is a pretty active part of the city. Being up on the third floor gives us a bit of a view, though we’re usually too busy with plywood orders to look out the window much. The office is a bit of a mix of a workspace and a storage area for samples. We’ve got stacks of catalogs and pieces of wood tucked into the corners. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend a lot of time talking to builders and suppliers around Orissa. Working out of an apartment building like Metro City makes the office feel a bit more personal than a big skyscraper. We know the security guards and the other people working in the block. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. Our days are filled with calls, paperwork, and the occasional meeting with someone who drops by to see the different plywood options we have. It’s a steady job and we’ve been at this Nayapally location long enough that people know to come here when they need help with materials. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing without making much of a fuss. It's a decent place to work.
