Our office is located at Quarter Number C/10 in the OTM Colony. This is over in Choudwar, which is part of the Cuttack district in Orissa. We are known as National Collateral Management Services Limited, though most people just say NCMSL to save time. Being in an old colony area like OTM means the surroundings are pretty familiar and lived-in. It’s not a shiny corporate tower; it’s just a regular quarter where we’ve set up shop. We deal with collateral management, which involves a lot of record-keeping and checking on things. The post office is right here in Choudwar too. Working out of C/10 gives us a quiet place to handle the paperwork. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city center of Cuttack, but the location suits the type of work we do. We have been here for a while, and the neighbors in the colony are used to seeing us coming and going. The rooms are filled with files and the usual office stuff you’d expect. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain makes things a bit slow, but we just keep at it. It’s a practical setup for a service-based business. We don’t have fancy signs or a lobby, just a door with our name on it in the colony. It’s just us doing our daily jobs in a small part of Orissa. We manage our tasks one day at a time from this simple address.
