Our company name mentions Barbil, Orissa, because that is where our roots are, but these days you can find us in Hyderabad. Specifically, we are over in SR Nagar, at Plot No-326/2Rt, Room No-104. The building is called Sai Nilyam, and we are right there in the Andhra Bank Lane. It’s a busy little pocket of the city. Prakash Mahanta and the rest of the crew at Narayaani Sons Pvt Ltd keep the office running daily. It’s a bit of a mix, having that Orissa background while working in the heart of Andhra Pradesh. The office in Babu Nagar isn’t very large, just a functional space where we keep our records and meet people. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. It is a family-style business at its heart, and we don't really do the corporate formality thing. People walk in, we offer them a chair, and we talk about whatever needs doing.
