Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited

We are located in the Chandrasekherpur area of Bhubaneswar, specifically in the OSHB Colony. Our office is a MIG (II) type house, number 60/1. It feels more like a home than a workplace, which is nice because we spend so much time here. Being in Orissa means we deal with a lot of humidity, so the fans are always running at full speed. This part of town is fairly established, and we have been here long enough that the neighbors are used to our construction vehicles parked outside. Inside, it is mostly shelves full of project files and a few computers that have seen better days. The gate squeaks every time someone comes in, but we never seem to get around to oiling it. It lets us know when a visitor or a delivery has arrived. We do not have a marketing department. We just have people who know how to build things. Most of the guys are out at sites during the day, so it can be quiet in the office until late afternoon. Then everyone comes back with dirt on their clothes to talk about what happened on the job. We drink a lot of tea and try to figure out the logistics for the next morning. It is a practical way to run a business. We do not need a lot of flash. Just a roof over our heads and some space to work on our construction plans.
