We've been based at 122 Madhusudhan Nagar for quite some time now. Being right here in Unit 4 of Bhubaneswar makes things pretty convenient for everyone on the team. Most days, the office is a bit of a mess with blueprints scattered around and someone always looking for a lost pen. It’s just how things go when you’re busy with projects across the city. Nagarjuna Construction Co. Ltd. isn’t really about those fancy glass offices you see in movies. We are just a group of people who show up, drink too much tea, and try to make sure the work on-site is moving along like it should. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic in Bhubaneswar gets so bad that half the staff is late, but we manage. People know where to find us if they need to drop off documents or just want to check on how a job is doing. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. Usually, we are just talking about concrete, labor schedules, and weather delays. It’s practical work. There’s always someone coming in from a site with mud on their shoes, which probably annoys the person who sweeps the floor, but that’s construction for you. We just keep our heads down and handle the day-to-day tasks that come with being in this part of Odisha. It’s honest, it’s often loud, and it is what we do.
