It’s a very distinct part of the city to work in. The location is practical because it’s easy to explain to people—just tell them we’re near the airport. The building isn't anything modern or glass-fronted; it’s just a sturdy place that handles our daily operations. Inside, things are organized but not overly decorated. We have our files in order and desks that have seen plenty of use over the years. We spend our time managing the associates' work and making sure everything is filed correctly. It’s a bit of a walk to the nearest main market, so we usually bring our lunch or get something simple nearby. The atmosphere in the office is focused. We don’t have a lot of frills or extra stuff that isn't needed. There’s a sense of history in the walls, maybe because we’ve been here for a while. We don’t put on any corporate acts for anyone. If you come by, you’ll just see us working at our computers or talking on the phone. It’s a straightforward business environment. We value the fact that we have a reliable spot to work from in a growing city like Bhubaneswar. It’s just our home base, and we like the familiar rhythm of the airport nearby.
