Mr. Subash Agarwal

I am Subash Agarwal and you can find me at Rashmi Tower, specifically in room A-6. This is located in the Nageswar Tangi area of Bhubaneswar. Being in Old Town means there is a lot of history around us, but my day-to-day is pretty standard. The building is easy to spot once you get into the neighborhood. I have been working out of this tower for a bit and it suits me fine. It isn't a massive office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a solid place to get work done. Bhubaneswar gets quite humid, so being inside the tower helps a bit. I don't really do much in the way of advertising because word of mouth usually does the job. People know Subash and they know where Nageswar Tangi is. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a walk, but it keeps you moving. I handle most of the tasks myself. It’s a very local way of doing business. You get to know your neighbors and the other people working in the building. We don't have any complicated systems or big mission statements hanging on the walls. It’s just about showing up and doing the job right every morning. If someone needs me, they usually just come by or send a message. It is a straightforward way of living and working in Odisha, and I wouldn't change it for a fancy office.
