Most of our time is spent on the practical side of things. There’s no big HR department or anything like that here. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. It’s a simple way of working that suits us just fine. Bhubaneswar is growing, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We keep a lot of our records in heavy steel cabinets because of the damp air in Orissa. It's not a high-tech system, but we never lose any of our files.
