Metco Roof Pvt Ltd is based out of a place that feels like home to us. We are located on Big Street in Lochapada, which is in the Ganjam district of Orissa. It’s a local operation, and you can usually find us around the spot associated with Narasingha Sahu. Working in a place like this means you know everyone on the street. It’s not a massive factory with fences and security guards everywhere. It’s a bit more open and integrated into the village life here. We deal with roofing, so there’s always a bit of heavy lifting and metal around. The sun gets quite hot in Orissa, and our workspace can get warm, but we’re used to the weather. We aren't using big corporate strategies to get through the day. We just look at what orders we have and start working on them.
