Magnum Fibres Pvt. Ltd. is located out in the Mancheswar Industrial Estate, specifically at 132 - A in Sector A, Zone A. Since we are in an industrial zone, the surroundings are mostly other warehouses and workshops. It’s a gritty, hardworking part of town, and we fit right in. Our facility is a bit large, but it’s mostly filled with equipment and raw materials. There’s usually the sound of machinery running in the background while we work. We aren't a high-rise office with glass walls. We are a bunch of people in work clothes getting our hands dirty most of the time. The industrial estate can be a maze if you don't know your way around, but we've been here long enough to know all the shortcuts. We focus on getting our production done and keeping things moving out the door. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The coffee machine in the breakroom is probably the most used thing in the building. We have a set routine and we stick to it because it works for us. Our team has been together for a while, so everyone knows their role without needing much direction. It’s just a solid, everyday operation. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing because our work speaks for itself in the end. We're just here to do our shift and get the orders out.
